Privacy Policy — Goalie GO

Goalie GO is a hockey statistics and gamified performance-tracking app designed to help users log and track their on-ice activity.

1. Information We Collect

Goalie GO is designed with privacy in mind.

Optional anonymous analytics

If you enable anonymous analytics in Settings, Goalie GO may send:

• App usage events, such as the app being opened, statistics being logged, or collectibles being redeemed
• Basic interaction events, such as screen views and feature usage
• Non-identifying device and app information, such as app version, operating-system version, device type, and build information
• An anonymized app-installation identifier used to distinguish usage without identifying you personally

Optional product-research surveys

Goalie GO may occasionally present an optional product-research survey, such as a question about potential features or pricing.

Opening a survey does not submit a response. Before answering, the app explains what will be sent. If you choose an answer, you consent to sending:

• Your selected survey response
• Anonymous interactions necessary to measure completion of that survey
• Non-identifying device and app information supplied with the survey event
• An indication that consent was provided for that specific survey

Survey responses may be sent even when general anonymous analytics are disabled because selecting an answer provides separate, one-time consent for that survey. Closing a survey without answering sends no survey response or survey-interaction events.

Goalie GO does not use these surveys to collect payment or complete a purchase unless expressly stated in a future version.

Information we do not collect

Goalie GO does not collect:

• Your name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Precise location
• Contacts
• Photos or media
• Hockey statistics tied to your identity

Your personal performance data, including your hockey statistics, remains stored locally on your device.

2. How We Use Information

Anonymous analytics and optional survey responses are used solely to:

• Improve app performance and stability
• Understand which features are useful
• Evaluate interest in potential features
• Guide product-development and pricing decisions

We do not sell this information or share it with advertisers. We do not use it for cross-app tracking or targeted advertising.

3. Consent and Privacy Controls

General anonymous analytics are optional. You can enable or disable them at any time in Goalie GO’s Settings.

Disabling general analytics stops future general analytics events. It does not submit or withdraw consent for a separately disclosed optional survey.

For optional product-research surveys:

• Opening the survey does not send survey data
• Choosing an answer provides one-time consent for that survey
• Closing without answering sends no survey response
• General analytics can remain disabled

Because submitted analytics and survey events are anonymous and are not linked to your name, email address, or account, Goalie GO may be unable to identify a particular submitted event as belonging to you.

4. Data Storage and Retention

• Hockey statistics and other personal performance data are stored locally on your device.
• Anonymous analytics and explicitly submitted survey events are processed by TelemetryDeck.
• TelemetryDeck retains analytics data according to the retention period applicable to the service used by Goalie GO.
• Goalie GO retains anonymous analytics only for as long as reasonably necessary to analyze app usage and guide product development.

Uninstalling Goalie GO removes locally stored app data from your device. It does not remove anonymous events already transmitted to TelemetryDeck because those events are not linked to your identity or device account.

5. Third-Party Services

Goalie GO uses TelemetryDeck to process optional anonymous analytics and explicitly submitted product-research survey events.

TelemetryDeck may process:

• An anonymized installation identifier
• The action or event performed
• A timestamp
• Non-identifying device and app metadata
• Additional anonymous event parameters expressly sent by Goalie GO, such as a survey response

Goalie GO does not send TelemetryDeck your name, email address, hockey statistics, or other directly identifying information.

TelemetryDeck states that it anonymizes user identifiers and does not store IP addresses. For more information, see the TelemetryDeck Privacy FAQ and TelemetryDeck Privacy Policy.

6. Data Deletion and Withdrawal of Consent

You may disable future general analytics collection at any time in Settings.

You may decline a product-research survey by closing it without selecting an answer.

Uninstalling the app removes locally stored data. Because analytics and survey responses sent to TelemetryDeck are anonymous and are not connected to an account, name, or email address, it may not be possible to locate or delete an individual event after submission.

7. Children’s Privacy

Goalie GO does not knowingly collect directly identifying personal information from children. Optional analytics and survey responses must not include names, contact information, hockey statistics, or other personal information.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Goalie GO’s features or data practices change. The updated policy will include a revised “Last updated” date.
