My 8th Concept - Comic

This piece is the first of a few that I’ve illustrated, that features comic panels on a goalie mask design. In this case, it’s a black-and-white strip with various action scenes.

I didn’t quite cover the entire shell - limiting the design to eight panels only - as you’ll observe in the renderings below.

In any case, this one took 4847 strokes in roughly four hours.

What do you guys think about featuring comic panels on a goalie mask shell? Personally, I think it could be an interesting way to tell a netminder’s story…
